1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bailey Connor ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by Bitcoin Corporation Ltd ("we", "us").

2. Service Description

Bailey Connor provides tools for registering sheet music intellectual property on the Bitcoin SV blockchain, managing rights, and facilitating licensing contracts between rights holders, counterparties, and the platform.

3. Account Requirements

You must authenticate via HandCash to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your HandCash wallet and account credentials.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to content you upload. By minting a score, you represent that you have the legal right to register the work. The Platform does not claim ownership of your content.

5. Three-Way Contracts

Contracts on the Platform involve three parties: the rights holder, the counterparty, and Bailey Connor as platform co-signer. The platform's co-signature serves as witness and enables dispute resolution. It does not constitute legal advice.

6. Blockchain Transactions

Inscriptions on the Bitcoin SV blockchain are permanent and irreversible. Transaction fees are non-refundable. The Platform is not responsible for blockchain network issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
