More Than a Registry

Bailey Connor is a complete rights management platform. Register your work, tokenise ownership shares, negotiate contracts, and earn royalties — all secured by Bitcoin.

Register Rights On-Chain

Upload any score format (PDF, MusicXML, MIDI, Guitar Pro). SHA-256 hash inscribed to BSV with full metadata. Immutable proof of ownership.

Tokenise & Sell Royalty Shares

Split ownership into percentage shares. Sell royalty rights to investors or collaborators. Revenue flows automatically to all rights holders.

Three-Way Contracts

Create licensing, publishing, or performance contracts. Both parties negotiate terms, then the platform co-signs. All three signatures inscribed on-chain.

Commission Board

Publishers post commissions for composers to bid on. Transparent pricing, terms, and royalty splits negotiated openly with platform verification.

Preview & Render

MusicXML files render in-browser via OpenSheetMusicDisplay. See your score as sheet music, not just a filename. PDF and image previews included.

Integrated Ecosystem

Connected to Bit-Sign (identity), bCorp Mint (tokens), and AUDEX (trading). One HandCash login across the entire stack.

How Three-Way Contracts Work

Every contract involves three parties. This ensures transparency, accountability, and platform-level dispute resolution.

1

Rights Holder Creates Contract

Choose a score from your vault, set contract type, define terms and price, and specify the counterparty — or post as an open commission.

2

Counterparty Reviews & Negotiates

The licensee or composer receives the contract. They can accept, counter-propose with new terms, or decline.

3

Platform Co-Signs On-Chain

Once both parties accept, Bailey Connor co-signs as the third party. All three signatures are inscribed on-chain via OP_RETURN.

4

Royalties Flow Automatically

Payments split to rights holders based on share percentages via HandCash. 2.5% platform fee. All transactions recorded.
